By submitting, I hereby grant the Nebraska Nurses Association (NNA) permission and an unlimited license to use my appearance/likeness through videos, photos, audio files and direct or indirect quotes/statements for the purpose of NNA promotional materials, publications and other media-related activities and waive any rights of compensation or ownership thereto. If I submitted a written testimonial, I hereby grant NNA permission to use my written work for promotional purposes both online and in print. If other individuals are included in the materials I am sharing, I attest that they have also granted NNA these permissions.
